We are starting off with our first HOA meeting for 2018 on Tuesday, January 30th at 7:00 PM.  It will be at the Latter Day Saints Church on Arlington Trail.  They have been kind enough to host us the past couple times!

It is convenient for all of us.

This is the time to find out what has been going on in our neighborhood; new things, changes, and concerns you may have as well.  

At this time if you are interested in serving on board we would be happy to have you!  Also, remember we are all members and we each have the privilege to make our neighborhood safe and appealing to all who come through.  It is a great place to live and need we EVERYONE to help keep it this way.

There is a scheduled a HOA meeting on Thursday October 6th at 6:30.  It will be held at the Morman Church on Arlington Trail.  Everyone is invited to attend.

Community Garage Sale

Saturday November 7th from 7:30am til 12:00pm

We have noticed that grass clipping are being constantly dumped through-out the common areas by homeowners. The landscapers have tried cutting through them but will not continue to do so.  It has caused damage to the machines and broken deck belts on the equipment.

Fines will be charged for anyone dumping grass clippings in the common areas.
